Ramsey Nouah who recently aired a complaint about someone impersonating him was somewhat amused when he heard that his supposed "crazy twin" has been caught. Although the seemingly mongered rumour was later addled when the police cleared the air by labeling it a rumour. What do you think? Does he really have a crazy look-alike or Ramsey has resorted to fanbasing?
